Herb Epple Enterprises accepts cash, wire transfers, PayPal, and cashier's checks for transactions over $1000.00 USD. Please notify us what types of payments you plan to make in order for us to prepare the appropriate invoices. All payments must be sent via overnight certified mail to:

Shipping/Handling
Price is for FOB (shipping point); buyer is responsible for all shipping costs and arranging shipping for larger or heavier items. International buyers are responsible for all customs regulations and duties. It is important to note that California buyers will have to pay California sales tax. USPS is our standard shipping carrier worldwide and domestic. USPS only handles packages up to 150 pounds. Items over that weight will require the services of a freight company. If you are interested in a particular item(s), we will gladly quote the shipping and handling costs for you by providing us with your shipping address and any other special preferences.
After buyer agrees to purchase the item(s), we will provide the buyer an invoice with payment information along with total costs within 2 business days. All orders will be scheduled to ship 3 business days after payment has been confirmed. All items are professionally packaged to arrive undamaged. We do not provide shipping insurance, but if you wish to pay for insurance, we will do so as requested.
If you wish to use another carrier such as United States Postal Service or any other carriers, we will try to accommodate your preference. However, we will charge extra handling fee of $10.
Returns and Warranty
All items are sold "as-is" or "as shown." These items do not carry any warranty. Any return shipping or freight charges are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be authorized by Herb Epple Enterprises. Returns are at the sole discretion of Herb Epple Enterprises. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect or have a representative inspect all merchandise before purchasing.
Storage Fees
The following is the policy of Herb Epple Enterprises pertaining to additional costs incurred due to delayed pickup of purchased goods. We regret that this policy must be put into place, but storage is limited at our facility. Any purchased items that have not been picked up or shipped within fourteen (14) days of the date of sale, due to a fault of the buyer, will be charged a daily storage fee as follows:
- Items less than 20 pounds will be charged at a rate of ten dollars ($10.00) per day.
- Items larger than 20 pounds will be charged at a rate of twenty dollars ($20.00) per day.
The buyer will forfeit the item and any payments made when these fees reach either the sale price of the item or a time period of 90 days from the date of purchase, whichever occurs first. No money will be returned for forfeited items. Items are subject to re-listing immediately upon forfeiture. For items that have incurred storage fees, electronic payment of the fees due or cash will be required before the item can be shipped or released for pickup. If you have a reason for a delayed pickup, please contact us in advance to get an estimate of the total additional cost.
